Jim Stanziola, JD, ChFC®, AIF®
Jim specializes in business succession planning for family-run and closely-held businesses. His work includes identifying gaps in planning in order to minimize the impact of taxes and maximize the value of a client’s assets during their lifetime and at death.
Jim has been providing financial advice in this area for almost 25 years. Additionally, he has a JD from Drake University School of Law; a BA from the University of Vermont; Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) certification from The American College. After law school, Jim successfully completed bar exams in the states of Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. He has been a frequent speaker for several national organizations in the areas of estate and business succession planning. He is a prior board member and a current participant of the local chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
In additional to receiving his AIF designation in 2016, Jim was awarded the Kansas City 5-Star Wealth Manager Award* in 2014.

Cheryl Anderson is the newest member of the team joining the firm in May 2015. She brings a wealth of experience in the medical-related profession. Her experience includes marketing and communication activities and managing foundation program funds. She has provided executive support for physician committees with a national medical association and managed physician relations events and activities in a hospital setting. Cheryl enjoys traveling, watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with her two children and three grandchildren.
